- On the Plugnote homepage, choose the Plugform that you would like to create or edit a template click on the ellipses icon located in the column “Actions” and then click on "Edit"
- On the menu at the top click on "Templates"
- Type a name for your template
- To set up, check the instructions below:
- Name: Type the name of the file
- Template Editing: You can choose between:
- Display in the shared folder
- Edit in fullscreen mode
- Automatically add generated doc/pdf to the Plugnotes attachments - Description: Add a description to your document
- File Version: Choose to make the file available in PDF, Word, or send it by email
- Items and value: Choose the displayed text
- Plugnotes Fields: Choose the Plugnotes fields
- Preview: Check and edit the preview displayed
- Cancel and Exit: Press to cancel the document
- Save: Press to save the changes
- Saved and Exit: Press to save all changes and exit from the document
- Print: Press to print the document
- Trash icon: Press to delete template
- New template: Press to create a new template
- After saving your new template, go to the Plugform home page, choose a Plugform, and click on "My Plugforms" or "Shared Plugforms" located in the columns "Owner"
- Click on any icon (4 arrows) located in the second column to open the Plugform
- Open the side menu by clicking on the icon ">" and click on "Create from a template"
- Click on the "Dropdown List" icon to choose your template
- Your template is now available. Before you send, please check:
- Description
- Text display
- Save in PDF
- Open the document with Word
- Send the document by email
- 1. Your email address
- 2. The recipient's email address
- 3. Email Subject
- 4. Edit message
- 5. Send the message
- 6. Cancel the message
