- On the Plugnote homepage, choose the form you would like to edit and click on the ellipses icon located in the column “Actions”, click on "Edit" and then you can choose to edit:
- Add Field
- Edit Field Formats
- Delete Fields
- Fields Order
- Once on the form, you can see the setup information:
- Add or Modify a Field by selecting a format: You can choose the fields you want to add or modify in your form
- Icon: You can see the field icon
- Nº: The number of fields in your form and the sequence of the items
- Format: The format data
- Label: Choose the label you want to add to your field
- Options: Allows you to add or modify extra options as characters and formats
- Visibility: You can hide the information to appear in the PDF, Plugnote, or Plugform file. You can enable it by clicking on it and will turn a red color, which it means will be hidden
- Information: Allows you to add a tooltip for a given field
- RGPD: Allows you to flag a sensitive GDPR field by checking the box
- Actions: Allows you to create a mandatory field. You can enable it by clicking on the "*" icon - it will turn a black color, which it means will be mandatory
- Main Title: You can edit the main Plugform title
- Save: Save the changes at the top of the page
Note: The forms in your folders can be modified without limit as long as they do not contain Plugnotes. To delete or move one of the fields of a Plugform, make sure that no Plugnote is created. Only Plugforms that are empty will be able to make these changes.
