1. User

Users benefit from a personalized space, enabling them to create and share forms, collaborate seamlessly, and efficiently manage information. 


- Personalized Environment: Users have their own dedicated Plugnotes environment, providing a private space for organized note-taking.

- Form Creation and Sharing: Users can create forms and share them with both other Plugnotes users and non-users.

- Collaboration: Collaboration is enhanced as users can work together on forms, viewing and editing Plugnotes within them.

- List Creation: Users can create lists within Plugforms, such as tasks assigned to them, for improved task management.

- Plugnote Accessibility: Users can create Plugnotes and revisit them later for review or editing, ensuring ongoing relevance and updates.

 

Type of users: 

  • Administrators: Full access to Plugnotes tools to configure forms, consult and edit databases, define collaboration rights...
  • Users: Full access to Plugnotes tools and contributing to the administrator's forms


2. Non-User


- Plugnotes Creation: Non-users can create Plugnotes directly, contributing to the relevant Plugform.

- Limited Access: While non-users can add content to Plugforms, they cannot reaccess or edit the Plugnotes they create, maintaining data integrity and control.

Type of non-users: 

  • Contributors: Invited by an administrator or user to fill in (a) form(s), no Plugnotes account needed
  • Consultators: Invited by an administrator or user to consult (a) report(s), no Plugnotes account needed
