Create a Database in Plugnotes

Very useful in case you want to manage your database in Plugnotes (articles, clients, etc.)

  1. Create your form (see Plugform creation link)
  2. Once the structure is defined, make a request by email to transform your Plugform into a database
    1. send to : soline@plugnotes.com
    2. with in description
      1. the login of the admin who created the form
      2. the name of your form
      3. the form number (Ex: 1-A006)
  3. When you receive a confirmation email, here are the steps to follow to send your data to the database
    1. Click on the form that is supposed to represent your database
    2. Press the + and create your Plugnote (Ex: creation of a construction site)
    3. Your Plugnote has been created but it is not yet sent to the Database. To be able to use it in other forms, select the Plugnotes to send and click on "Transfer Plugnotes to external Database"
    4. Press "OK"
    5. To view all Plugnotes in the Database, check the "Exported" box at the top right of the screen.
    6. Exported Plugnotes will disappear from the "Active" list and will only be displayed in the "Exported" list
    7. To update a line, enter one of the Plugnotes, change the data and click on "update line"
    8. To delete a line from the database, enter the Plugnote, and click on "delete". The Plugnote will be deleted from the database and will no longer appear in the "Exported" tab but in the "Active" tab
