Another addition to Plugnotes is the ability to create a contact list. It's really useful when you want to share a form with someone so you don't have to write the whole email each time you do it. To do this, you need to add a new form folder. Write a code, which is REP all caps and zero, and what you are looking for. And create this form, then you have to reload the page. And then go get your contacts directory, and once you have it, you can add the contacts you need.
So I'm going to add Camille. She works at Plugnotes and you can add as much information as you want. So you can add a phone number. You can add an email. And you can add the URL. You can add other information such as an address and comments. I don't need to add that right now, so I'll save and exit. Then I go back to my general page and imagine that I want to share something with her, for example from this folder. And I go here and send the Plugnotes.
Go to mail and go to search and look for "Camille" and we can confirm and I can send her the email. This is a very useful feature overall.
