This format allows you to update/create a Plugnotes in another Plugform than the one you're working with
- The Plugnote to update can be new or existing
- It is also possible to update a table (to constitute a log of logs for example)
- This format is also available as a column format inside a table
Setup "S03 as a column of a table"
Source Form -->
1. In a table, add a column and choose the format S03
2. Then, click on the gear icon > Parameters and add the PF key of the destination form in which the new record needs to be created
3. If the data needs to be updated back from the Destination Plugnotes to the Source Plugnotes, you can add the number of the field in which the S03 stands.
For exemple: if you have a list of tasks to create in another form and when the status is updated on the task, it needs to update the source Plugnotes with all the list, you must identify this number.

4. Then, map the values from the Source Plugnotes to the Destination Plugnotes by selecting the fields you want to map
Testing
On the Source form, if you check the table, the ones with a number in the last column are the ones sent to the register already. If you see PN+, it hasn't been sent yet. To automate this process, you can use triggers.
