F27 - Associated Forms

Selecting an F27 format from the list of formats, you will be able to create a link between two forms!

What does that mean?

This means that the customer's name will be pulled directly, and the data will come from another form. In this case, we know that the A003 form is the reference to our customer directory and that we would like to see the first field of each file there.

1. Add the F27 format to your form

2. Click on the gear icon and add


  • Add the "Plugform Key" of the form you want to be able to select
  • Add the number of the fields you want to import and see in your Plugnote. Separate each number with a ;

How it looks in the form

1. Search for a specific PN by putting the name or click directly on "Search a Plugnote" to see all of them

2. Select the Plugnote you want to import in the field

3. When selected, all the fields chosen in the setup will be imported in the field with a "~" between each field

4. After selecting the record, 4 actions can be performed afterwards

1. Update the content loaded in the box if the source Plugnotes has been changed 

2. Visualize the full source Plugnotes 

3. Search and select another source Plugnotes

4. Delete the link between both Plugnotes
